Advanced Elements Advancedframe Kayak Review

The advanced elements advancedframe kayak review is a serious kayak for serious kayakers.

Why?

Well firstly, the pricing isn't cheap, of course, if you're someone who is a seasoned veteran then I'd recommending you keep reading as this overall is a great kayak, but for beginners you're better off checking out one of my other kayak reviews on kayaks that are at a more affordable price ranges. Check out our Sevylor Wabash Review or Intex Challenger K2 Kayak Review if you're new to kayaking for a more justifiable price friendly kayak.

Secondly, this hybrid kayak is built with quality, combining both a traditional folding frame style along with inflatable kayak designs meaning that it isn't something you're going to want to throw in the back of your car or walk down the road to your favourite laking spot, this kayak is going to need some pre-planning before use.

How does the Advanced Elements Kayak paddle?

It slices effortlessly through the water like a knife through butter and with that it rivals the trackability of hard-shell kayaks of its price range. The stern itself acts as a keg which helps to increase tracking performance. It uses extremely durable materials and high-end components to ensure it does its intended job to the highest possible quality.

There really isn't much to say about how this particular kayak paddles, I feel like in most of my reviews this is a key point but it just does everything wonderfully, I can't possibly pick faults and ultimately can't manage to put it into words how good this kayak feels on the water.

Advanced Elements Kayak – Key Features

XC Design

Inner tube cover adds stiffness and abrasion protection, this makes it an even more attractive purchase if you're someone who likes to go on small narrow rivers where things like branches and pointy rocks are on your path, with this design detail you will be safe of scratches and will be less likely to pick up punctures.

Adjustable Seats

As always, with most kayaks, the seats are adjustable, allowing you to take them out of the raft if needed or to be moved to offer someone in the kayak more appropriate leg room. The seats are also foldable, so if, for some reason you have forgotten to remove the seat halfway through the journey, you can easily remove it, fold it up and place it somewhere where it isn't going to take up much room.

Comfortable Seating

High rise seats offer comfortable seating and give you great positioning that will allow you to paddle for hours without taking a toll on your body, this also makes it the perfect leisurely kayak, so instead of using it to travel from A to B to a location, perhaps you could pack a picnic and enjoy some food on your favourite lake.

Lightweight and Compact Size

With its folding mechanism, the compact design of this kayak is apparent as well as the outer cover which gives this kayak a lightweight design, making it easy for you to carry it from your car to your favourite lake and also giving it its durable and smooth sailing on a bed of water.

All in 1

With everything coming with it, the Advanced Elements features all the necessary tools that allow you to start the fun adventures as soon as you purchase it. As always, I would recommend picking up some life jackets for you and your crewmembers, never joke about safety!

“Is the Advanced Elements Advancedframe Kayak for me?”

Like I said at the start of the review, I firmly believe that the Advanced Elements Advancedframe Kayak is for those veteran kayakers that are looking to upgrade their current raft, simply because I believe the price point is way beyond what a beginner should be looking to pay if they are interested in this sport.

But if that's doesn't, in fact, fit you, and you are a veteran then yes this is the kayak for you! I could not possibly recommend it enough because of the pure quality you're receiving

Closing Thoughts on the Sevylor Wabash Review

To reiterate my points throughout this review, this kayak, from my point of view is for veterans of the hobby and for anyone looking to get into the sport, you should steer away from picking this kayak up unless you're willing to spend more than necessary to get started.

If you're a veteran and want to finally upgrade your kayak and start taking this wonderful hobby of ours much more seriously, then get your Advanced Elements Advancedframe Kayak here
